Q: I bought multiple tickets but I have only one ticket number. How does that work?

A: Well noticed! The way we work this out is, we use an algorithm to multiply the number of entries in the draw by the quantity of tickets bought. This means that although you have only one ticket, it is actually placed in the draw multiple times.

Q: How do I know you are trust worthy?

A: You got us there… We are a new website and building trust will take some time but we hope you will be here along for the ride! We are also registered with Trust Pilot and we are open with our costs and expenses below. Also also, please trust us!

Q: When do draws happen?

A: Not an easy answer on this, sadly. Being a new website, we have to put a reserve in place to make sure we have a minimum number of tickets sold. Otherwise, we would spend too much money from our own pockets and the website would disappear. But not to worry, we are really hoping that the more famous we become, we will be able to remove reserves and move to periodic draw, like once per week. Also, we will notify by email when draws will be set to take place.

Q: Can I watch the draw happening?

A: Yes! Draws will be live-streamed on YouTube and then uploaded so you can watch past draws.
